📅 From July 1, 2025, Ho Chi Minh City will implement a 2-level urban government model, officially abolishing the district/county level, and at the same time merge and rename many wards, especially in Thu Duc City - where there are significant adjustments in the administrative map.
📍 Why rename and merge wards?
The rearrangement of these administrative units is part of the roadmap:
