The Korea Land & Housing Corporation (LH Corporation) is promoting investment in a large-scale urban area of 1,500 ha in Southeast Bac Ninh City, marking the group's first project in Vietnam. With a development orientation towards a modern compact city model, the urban area is expected to serve 65,000 residents, fully integrating public facilities, parks, cultural – entertainment – ecological centers, and large-scale event infrastructure.


The project is located in Bac Ninh City and Que Vo district, adjacent to National Highway 1A, National Highway 18, and Que Vo 1 Industrial Park – expected to become a new urban symbol in the Northern region when Bac Ninh and Bac Giang merge into a super-province.
